Today's entry comes under the category of "a loss is still a loss". Luckily we started getting some "Biggest Loser" inspiration last night. Hopefully this week will be better.
BB this morning tells me that I am down another 100g to 111.3kg and a BMI of 35.13 - a loss of 1kg for the last two weeks (which is actually pretty steady - dispite the fact that it was 900g last week and 100g this week). Experts recommend 1/2 a kilo a week as being a safe rate of weight loss.
For those of you playing at home, my WiiFit age was 34, as is my real age, so not bad.
School is back now, thank God, so things may take on some normalcy. That and the party season is over for a while (Brini's second yesterday was good fun, but too many party pies and icecream cake probably ruined a good week.
Don't know if I mentioned my Plantar Fasciitis, but I bought a bizare sock to sleep in and it is starting to get better finally. So know that I'm not in pain everytime I get up exercise should be easier. The plan is to walk on the treadmill every time I watch "The Biggest Loser". If you are like me and need to see less of yourself, why don't you try doing something requiring energy while you are watching something you like (or join me watching the losers).
'til next week,
Be good and don't get hit by a bus.

Hey Ged dont know if im doing this right?? I just wanted to say i love your blog and am inspired by your enthusiasm and determination. Some thing i have learnt recently about weightloss, not that im great at it, is that you will lose more weight and keep it off easily when you love yourself, just as you are! That doesnt mean you shouldnt have fantastic goals like yours and a great plan in place but i have found and noticed that if you dont deal with the emotional side it will come back and add to your weight sometime in the future. Hope thats alright to say that? Good luck and for keep up the good work. You have inspired me and made me feel like there are others dealing with the same issues as me. Thankyou
