After an unexplained week off, I am back into the Monday weigh in today.
Two Thursdays ago I cleaned out the sports shed at school in 38 degree heat. It took the greater part of the day (while I didn't have classes) and I finally gave up when my brain and energy did at 5pm. Unfortunatley it still took half an hour to get everything back in to the shed.
Anyway, the reason that I didn't weigh in the following Monday is that I lost two kilos on that Thursday (in sweat, basically) and knew that it would throw the figures out for a week or so as I replaced the water.
Anyway, back to the regular weigh ins.
BB tells me this morning that I am down to 110.4kg with a BMI of 34.84.
So good to be under the 35.
I am up to 3 times a week walking on the treadmill during Biggest Loser.
More to come.
Thanks for the support.
Will try to blog more often, give you a little more of myself.
Ge'd.

Holding Steady
If we thought last week was slow, this week was worse.
Numbers exactly the same as last week, except WiiFit age is now 36.
Suppose that holding steady was great after hosting the Mel-Brooks-a-thon on Saturday night (and Sunday morning). Having the boys over was great and we must do it again - maybe a comedy or action night.
Any way, there was a lot of party food this weekend, and not so much exercise during the week.
More focus for this week. Must walk while watching the fatties.

Shrinking .......... slowly
Today's entry comes under the category of "a loss is still a loss". Luckily we started getting some "Biggest Loser" inspiration last night. Hopefully this week will be better.
BB this morning tells me that I am down another 100g to 111.3kg and a BMI of 35.13 - a loss of 1kg for the last two weeks (which is actually pretty steady - dispite the fact that it was 900g last week and 100g this week). Experts recommend 1/2 a kilo a week as being a safe rate of weight loss.
For those of you playing at home, my WiiFit age was 34, as is my real age, so not bad.
School is back now, thank God, so things may take on some normalcy. That and the party season is over for a while (Brini's second yesterday was good fun, but too many party pies and icecream cake probably ruined a good week.
Don't know if I mentioned my Plantar Fasciitis, but I bought a bizare sock to sleep in and it is starting to get better finally. So know that I'm not in pain everytime I get up exercise should be easier. The plan is to walk on the treadmill every time I watch "The Biggest Loser". If you are like me and need to see less of yourself, why don't you try doing something requiring energy while you are watching something you like (or join me watching the losers).
'til next week,
Be good and don't get hit by a bus.
