Yes I'm finally back.
I had a run of up and down weeks and lost faith for a while, but I am back with a vengence and something to brag about.
In what can only be seen as a contrast to the national average, I managed to shrink over Easter!
Weighing in yesterday morning I was 107.3kg with a BMI of 33.87. This is the lowest that I have been since the BB started keeping track of my weight in September of last year.
I hope, now that I have recommenced blogging, that it will continue.
I normally I grow over school holidays rather than shrinking. Hopefully, this week will be different.
